Mental Health in Practice: 25 June , 3 pm to 5 pm
A Therapeutic Group Experience for Clarity and Change
A small, reflective group experience designed to help participants better understand themselves, their challenges, and their mental wellbeing in a practical and supportive setting. This is not a lecture or traditional workshop, but a guided therapeutic group process where people learn through self-reflection, shared experience, and meaningful human connection.
Using a simple framework focused on mind, body, and environment, participants explore real-life challenges such as stress, relationships, change, and emotional overwhelm. The group offers space for insight, perspective, and practical tools that can support everyday life.
Limited to 12 participants to ensure depth, safety, and engagement.

HEAR FROM OUR CLIENTS
“I’m very interested in mental health and I’ve attended many workshops over the years, but this one felt different. It created a real space for change. Not just talking, but working on things at a deeper level while also offering practical tools I could use in daily life.
I left each session feeling more grounded, clearer, and more connected to myself. It wasn’t just informative — it was genuinely transformative.”
—Jordan
HEAR FROM OUR CLIENTS
“I never thought I would be able to share in a group setting, but this experience completely changed my mind. There was no pressure to speak in any particular way — you could share as much or as little as you wanted.
The environment felt very safe and welcoming, and that made it easier to open up and connect with myself on a deeper level. I felt heard, respected, and supported throughout.”
—Tara
HEAR FROM OUR CLIENTS
“One of the most unexpected things was the sense of connection. We didn’t just grow individually — we grew together. I ended up forming meaningful friendships with people who shared similar values and ways of thinking.
The workshop really shifted my mindset and helped me change some of my internal narratives. I realised that many of my blocks weren’t as complicated as I thought — I just needed space to reflect, listen to others, and see things from new perspectives.”
—Maryam
HEAR FROM OUR CLIENTS
“I’ve done one-to-one therapy before, but group work is on a completely different level. It engages you in ways you don’t expect. Seeing yourself in others, and noticing how you relate in a group, brings so much insight.
Through the way Pardis held the space, I became more aware of my patterns in relationships. Even though the workshop was about change, it had a huge impact on how I relate to others in my life. I now feel more confident, open, and emotionally aware.”
—Beth
