Inner Work for Individuals
My approach brings together psychotherapy and coaching through the Personal Consultancy model.
This means we work with both the challenges you’re facing now and the parts of you that want to grow, expand, and live with more steadiness.
This work is not only about easing symptoms.
It offers a space to pause, reflect, and understand yourself more deeply, so you can respond to life in ways that feel more aligned with who you are.

People often come when something in life isn’t quite working. This might show up as anxiety, low mood, burnout, relationship difficulties, or a general sense of feeling stuck. Our work creates a space to pause, get curious, and explore what is unfolding beneath the surface while also attending to the challenges you’re facing now.

As the work deepens, understanding yourself more clearly often brings relief to the symptoms and opens the possibility of moving forward with greater clarity, ease, and a renewed sense of contentment.

HEAR FROM OUR CLIENTS
Working with Pardis has been one of the most grounding experiences of my life. Therapy wasn’t just about talking, it was practical, structured, and incredibly insightful. She gently brought in psychoeducation that helped me understand why I react the way I do, which made everything feel less overwhelming and more workable.
At the same time, it was a space where I could finally go deep. We untangled past experiences I had carried for years without fully realising how much they were shaping me. I never felt rushed or judged. It felt safe enough to explore, and structured enough to actually move forward.
I didn’t just gain awareness, I gained tools.

HEAR FROM OUR CLIENTS
Pardis helped me clarify my goals in a way I had never been able to do on my own. I came in feeling stuck and unmotivated, and through our work I began to understand what I truly wanted, not what I thought I “should” want.
She helped me break things down into realistic steps and supported me in staying accountable, but what surprised me most was that the journey became enjoyable. Therapy wasn’t heavy every week. Yes, we did meaningful work, but there was also laughter, perspective shifts, and a growing sense of excitement about my own growth.
I didn’t just reach my goals, I started enjoying the process of becoming.
—Tara
HEAR FROM OUR HAPPY CLIENTS
Before starting therapy, I thought it would be all about crying and revisiting painful memories. With Pardis, I discovered something much more balanced and empowering.
Yes, we addressed difficult parts of my past, and that was incredibly healing , but we also focused on strengths, resilience, and creating a life that feels meaningful now. There was depth, but also lightness. Insight, but also humour. Reflection, but also action.
Therapy became a space where I could both heal and grow , and surprisingly, a space where I could rediscover joy.
