About Pavana Consultancy
Pavana Consultancy offers a reflective space to support wellbeing and create the foundation for personal and professional thriving — helping you pause, reconnect, and explore new perspectives.
Our integrative approach combines insights from psychotherapy, coaching, and embodied practices — working with the mind, body, and awareness as a whole.
Here, you can expand your understanding of yourself and others, and discover new ways of thinking, relating, and being — in both life and work.

About the Founder
Before founding Pavana Consultancy, I began my career as an engineer before moving into the fields of branding and consumer psychology. Over more than a decade, I worked with international corporations and global campaigns, helping brands use psychological insight and market research to better understand how people think, feel, and act.
My focus gradually shifted from understanding audiences to supporting individuals and teams more directly. I went on to study Business Psychology and Integrative Counselling and Coaching, combining evidence-based and holistic approaches. Today, I work with organisations, individuals, and groups — creating inclusive spaces for awareness, connection, and wellbeing, including with refugees, neurodiverse people, and those recovering from challenging experiences.
I offer a free 30-minute consultation — an opportunity for us to get to know each other, answer your questions, and explore how I can best support you.
