Inner Work for Change is a psychology-led group programme created for the Tower Hamlets community — designed to support anyone who wants to grow, make positive change, and feel more grounded in their day-to-day life.
This is not traditional therapy.
This is not a basic skills workshop.
This is transformational group work — combining:

Anyone in the Tower Hamlets community who wants to:

You do not need experience with therapy or group work.
Just curiosity, openness, and willingness to explore.
Four Weekly Group Workshops (2 hours each)
A small group of 6–12 participants exploring:
Understanding Your Inner World
Emotional patterns, identity, self-awareness
Navigating Personal Life Chnages
Uncertainity, transition, confidence, resilience
Growth Through Connection
Working with others, communication, vulnerability
Becoming the Person You Want to Be
Integration, pratical tools, inner strength, next steps
The group uses a mix of reflection, guided exercises, psychological education, and deep group process.
After the Programme: One Free 1-Hour Personal Session
A reflective, integrative session combining psychotherapy, coaching and psychological insight.
